After earning his degree in literature from Ozark Christian College, Chad Smith worked with teens and college students in Missouri and Georgia for more than 10 years. Chad then went on to pursue certification in high school education. In addition to serving as Shelterwood’s Assistant Program Director, Chad also teaches English. A Kansas City native, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
